I do in home training, and on site wherever the client wants to meet. I train one on one and group fitnes, and the nutrition comes with it. I have all the equipment so i can help anyone at any level. online training is also a package or included with in person training. I have 7 certifications, in cluding corrective exercise, strength and condioning, nutrition, functional to go along with my group fitness and personal training.
